Privacy policy
Cipro processes personal data when you contact us, request a quote or use this website. This notice explains what we use, why we use it and the choices and rights available to you.
Who is responsible?
Cipro Schilderwerken. Email: info@cipro.be · phone: +32 477 90 84 63. Cipro is responsible for the personal data you submit through this website.
What data do we process?
Contact and quote forms ask for your name, phone number, email address and details about your enquiry or project. Depending on your request, we may also ask for your town, preferred start date and area. Technical data needed to operate and secure the website may be processed by our hosting provider.
Why and on what basis?
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a visit or quote and communicate with you about your project. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform a contract. We process administrative records where required by law. We do not use enquiries for newsletters or advertising.
Forms, hosting and WhatsApp
The website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and may be stored in the Netlify dashboard. After the form has been saved, your device may open WhatsApp with a prefilled message. The message is sent to Cipro only if you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy policy when you use its service.
How long do we keep data?
We keep enquiries as long as necessary to respond and follow up. Quote, job or accounting records may be kept longer when required by law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing or object where the law allows. You may also request portable data. Email info@cipro.be. You can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online transmission is entirely risk-free. We may update this notice if the site or processing changes; the date above shows the latest update.
